Adjust the rules that each fish follows.

The sliders change the rules of a computer program. How does each rule affect fish behavior?

Create a schooling pattern.

Some parts of the movie need fish to swim in a tight school, while others need a loose swarm of fish. Not all settings create schooling behavior.

This web activity was adapted from The Science Behind Pixar physical exhibition space and designed for a resolution of 1920 x 1080 on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari browsers. Mobile devices are not currently supported.
